Limited Warranty

Uber's Lilypond Supply Company warrants to the original purchaser of Pond Filters and Sweeps, that they will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase. Uber's Lilypond Supply Company will at their discretion repair or replace any defective parts without charge provided that the item is returned with the shipping charges prepaid, together with proof of purchase and a description of the defect to the seller or the manufacturer within 15 days of receipt.

There is no warranty on filters and replacement kits once they have been installed in your pond. They are designed to function in a semi-balanced pond and will not clean up an unbalanced swamp.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by damage in transit, abuse, accident, negligence, or repairs made by others.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and other rights may vary from state to state.
